Desktop Detective from BitLogic, is a fair product. The product is lacking in features compared to the other spyware/monitoring products in the marketplace. It is very easy to install and to use, partly because there are not a lot of features.

Online Monitoring:

The product is lacking in features compared to the other spyware/monitoring products in the marketplace.The screen activity report was easy to use. It showed snapshots of all of the various websites visited.

PC Monitoring & Admin:

It is very easy to use, partly because there are not a lot of features.

Filtering & Blocking:

It is very easy to install.

Reporting:

The screen activity report was easy to use. It showed snapshots of all of the various websites visited.

Summary:

Overall, Desktop Detective is a fair product, it is just lacking a number of features. The product needs a lot of work to be able to compete against the other spyware/monitoring software in the marketplace.
